1.  Order Cancellation and Modification Window

  • Timeframe: We allow orders to be canceled or modified within 4 hours from the time the order was placed.
  • How to Request: To request a cancellation or change, you must immediately contact our Customer Support team via email: support@celticplaza.com. Please include your order number.
  • Important Note: Once the 4-hour timeframe has elapsed, your order moves into the processing and packaging stage. We regret that we cannot accommodate further cancellations or modifications after this time.

2.  Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer. Please double-check all address details during the checkout process.
  • Address Change Request: If you need to adjust the address, please make the request within the 4-hour window following the process outlined above.
  • Incorrect Address Issues: Any non-delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer (e.g., missing apartment number, non-existent address) will not be the liability of Celticplaza.
    • In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or re-shipment. A re-shipment fee may apply if the package is returned to us and you wish to have it sent out again.
